The Helle Limited Edition Audun knife is named after chief handle maker, and long standing employee at the Helle factory for over 50 years: Audun Erikstad.

Drawing form traditional handle designs mixed with contemporary techniques, the Audun reflects Helle's ethos: to make knives that are both functional and comfortable to use whilst being beautiful at the same time.
